Each version of Microsoft Dynamics GP which is released includes new and enhanced functionality. When these enhancements involve new windows, updates to the default security roles and tasks are required.
Rather than update the security as part of the upgrade, which may cause issues for existing users of Dynamics GP, the Dynamics GP Support and Services Blog does a blog post containing the new scripts which will update the roles and tasks.
