Master Data Management (MDM) is new functionality, introduced in Release 2023 Wave 1, which allows data to be synchronised from one company in an environment to another in the same environment.
It works on a pull basis where a job queue in the “destination” company pulls changes from the connected company.
With MDM you can choose any setup or master table, which fields from those tables should be synchronised and if any filters should be applied to the data (for example, you might want to exclude the values of a specific dimension).
