Logons for customers to CustomerHQ are done per person at the customer. The maintenance window is accessible to the users who have been set up as Customer Account Administrators in the CustomerHQ Setup window (Administration area page » Setup » Company » CustomerHQ &raquo CustomerHQ Company Setup).

The Manage Customer Accounts window is accessible from the Additional menu on the Customer Maintenance window or from the CustomerHQ menu in Administration.

Select the Customer Number to load a customer record. Existing users will be displayed in the list:

There are three images used by CustomerHQ and all of which can be customised The three images are:

1. Company logo
2. favicon
3. Background

To add or replace the existing images, open the CustomerHQ Setup window (Administration area page » Setup » Company » CustomerHQ &raquo CustomerHQ Company Setup) and click Go To and then Setup Images.

The Image Type dropdown allows you to select the three images available. As an example, I have selected the Company Logo.

Use the ellipsis button next to the New Image File field to select a new file and then click Upload:

After uploading an image, it may take a few minutes for the website cache to refresh, but the logo will then appear.

CustomerHQ allows you to provide customers with self-serve access to their Microsoft Dynamics GP data.

CustomerHQ provides your customers secure access their Dynamics GP receivables account data such as invoices, statements and transaction reports. This access is available from anywhere, on any device, in real-time.

• Each user is provided with their own log-in credentials.
• A customer master window that includes contact details and recent summarized account information.
• Open and historical customer transactions; sales invoices, payments and returns.
• Search transactions quickly.
• Drill down to reveal full transaction information.
• Save a transaction to pdf or print.
• Export data directly to Excel.
• Customer statements from the last two years.
• A contact form so they can send information to update.

Internal salespeople can also be given access to their assigned customers; multiple salespeople can be assigned to the same clients (allowing managers to see all of their team’s customers).

CustomerHQ is a safe and secure cloud based business portal which is also simple and easy to use. It can be branded using your own company logo and/or image so users know they are in the right place.
