This post is part of the New Functionality In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 2022 Wave 2 series in which I am taking a look at the new functionality introduced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 2022 Wave 2.
The seventh of the new functionality in the governance and administration section is Get more visibility into outages.
In the unlikely event that an outage affects your environment, we’re making it easier for business users and administrators to learn about any outages that have been declared if they are experiencing issues.
Enabled for: users, automatically
General Availability: December 2022
With this release wave, Microsoft will more proactively inform business users and administrators in case they have declared an outage that affects their environments. Business users will see outage details when they try to sign in but the sign-in fails, and administrators will see a notice in the Business Central administration center.
