GP Elementz from ISC Software: GP Elementz Portals

There are three GP Elementz portals available from ISC Software for Microsoft Dynamics GP which all share several key features:

All portals are easy to setup and requires no technical skills or additional software or hardware. It is safe and secure on Microsoft Azure and all data remains in your Dynamics GP system with none stored on Azure. Responsive design means it can be used on any device, including cellphones and tablets.

As mentioned above, there are three portals available for Microsoft Dynamics GP.

SalesHQ

• Provide sales teams with access to relevant Dynamics GP data so they can act and respond faster to service customers. Generate quotes, enter orders and invoices and view transactions, from any location via the internet.
• Generate quotes, enter orders and invoices, from any location via the internet.
• Create new prospective customer records and generate quotes.
• All transactions created via the portal will automatically update your GP system in real-time, giving your office-based staff immediate access to action accordingly.
• Quote, order and invoice transactions can be downloaded as pdf files and printed or emailed as required.
• Responsive design that works on Mobile and Tablet.

PurchaseHQ

• ​Easy to use purchasing portal.
• Approve / Reject Purchase Invoices from any internet connected device, anywhere at anytime.
• Quick view of all Purchase Invoices awaiting approval.
• Review the Purchase Invoice summary detail and it’s associated Invoice (PDF/scanned documents are held in Dynamics GP Document Attachment).
• Simple screens to enable a quick and efficient approval process.
• Responsive design that works on Mobile and Tablet.
• Extend your Dynamics GP system and allow purchasing users to manage purchasing from anywhere, via any device. View released purchase orders, process goods receipts and approve purchase invoices in real-time with Dynamics GP using the PurchaseHQ portal.
