With the Old Calculator for Windows 10 app installed, it is accessible from the Windows Start menu:
The app looks exactly the same as the Calculator which was available in all old windows, and opens just as quickly:
Clicking () enables the viewing of previous calculations:
The app is also available by using the Run app and typing calc:
