I’m posting this because it took me far longer to work out how to schedule a Skype for Business meeting than it should have done.
The reason it took so long to find out how to do this, was because I was looking in Skype for Business itself. I should have been looking in Outlook:

To create a meeting, click on the New Items button and then click Skype Meeting; an email will becreated containing the link to the meeting:
The same functionality is available from within Outlook 365 as well.
Most people with Skype for Business probably have Outlook as well, but it would be nice to have a button in Skype which would allow for the scheduling of a meeting.
