With the release of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 R2 it’s time for a series of “hands on” posts where I go through the installation of all of it’s components and also look at the new functionality introduced; the index for this series can be found here.
This Hands On post is going to take a look at the Purchase Requisition Enquiry Icon Feature of the Day post which follows on from the Cancel A PO Linked to a Requisition feature.

To test the icon, I entered a purchase requisition with a quantity of 5:
Converted the requisition to a purchase order and cancelled 1 of the quantity which shows the chain link icon struck through as covered in the Cancel A PO Linked to a Requisition feature:
this icon also now shows in the Purchase Requisition Inquiry Zoom window (
):It is nice to see the new icon displayed on the Inquiry window too, but is incredibly minor as things go.
